- Delivery address and contact details you provide in the chat
- The products, quantities, and specifications you request
- Any notes or special instructions you share
When you pay by bank transfer, we also record:
- The payment confirmation you send us (e.g. receipt reference, sender name)
- The bank account name you used, for matching payments to orders

- To confirm orders, arrange islandwide delivery, and respond to enquiries
- To match bank transfer payments to the correct order
- To notify you about stock availability, delivery updates, and order status
- To improve our product catalogue, pricing, and customer service
4. How We Store & Protect Your Data
Secure Storage
Order records are stored in our secure platform database and accessed only by authorized staff.
Limited Access
Only team members who need the information to fulfil your order can view it.
Messages you send on WhatsApp remain on your WhatsApp account and Meta's services, governed by their privacy policy.
We do not store your bank card numbers or online banking credentials. Bank transfer details you send are kept only to confirm your payment against the matching order.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share details only with the delivery partner handling your order (name, address, and phone), and with our payment processor where applicable. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. How Long We Keep Data
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet any legal or accounting requirements, then securely delete or anonymize them.
