Ordering with Aparato is simple and personal. Here is the step-by-step process for placing an order via WhatsApp and completing payment by bank transfer.

1. Step 1

   Browse & Select

   Find products by category, brand, or search. Open any product to view specifications, pricing, and availability.

2. Step 2

   Order via WhatsApp

   Tap the WhatsApp button on a product or the header. A pre-filled message with your item and details opens in WhatsApp — review and send it.

3. Step 3

   Confirm Stock & Delivery

   Our team replies to confirm availability, agree on delivery, and provide the total. We will assign your order an ID so you can track it.

4. Step 4

   Pay by Bank Transfer

   Use the bank details on our Bank Transfer page to make your payment, then send us the confirmation reference through WhatsApp.

5. Step 5

   We Deliver

   Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and delivered islandwide. Use the Order Tracking page to follow its status.
